Done some research...
Ok I don't have a lot of money and I'm planning to build my own turbo system for my 98 prelude....So I have done some research and I'm just checking to make sure I'm right about anything. If anyone wants to correct me go for it. If you have links that will help please post them.
Turbo parts
The turbo
-Compresses exhaust gases to be used for more power
Wastegate
-Limits how much air is flowed into the turbo so your 7 psi turbo doesn't get 10 psi.
Turbo Manifold
-Replaces headers
-Turbo and wastegate hook up to this
Blow off valve
-Let's out extra air so you don't get back pressure thrusted back at the turbo
-Makes that nifty whoosh sound
Pipes
-Connects turbo to intercooler if you have one or staight to the throttle body or your CAI
Fuel regulator
-Makes so you don't have too rich or too lean of an air fuel mixture
Boost controller
-Regulates boost so you don't get too much boost pressure
If I left any parts out just tell me. I only want to know if I left out vital parts. Like the intercooler I'm not putting on yet because of the price. I will in the future. Thanks for anyones help.

The turbo doesn't actually compress exhaust gases. It uses the exhaust gases to spin the turbine and the compressor side of it the compresses FRESH air.
Sounds like you got just about everything. You may want to go with some type of engine management like Uberdata or Hondata.

fuel management
mechanical --> FMU + missing link
electronic --> piggyback or stand alone
NEEDED to tune your setup so you dont blow up (most important piece of your turbo setup)
intercooler
lowers intake temps after compression
(another key piece for a safe setup)
