Default Does this sound right?

Okay, new to hondas, even newer to D series(only honda I have owned is my current B series swapped hatch) Im wanting a newer car that has power options so im in the works on a trade for this car. It has a D16z6 in it. Supposedly it Dyno'd 280fwhp, 240tq. (on 18lbs) Don't those torque numbers seem kind of high? The setup is the following. Precision GT32, SRP 9.1:1 Pistons, Eagle Rods,DSM 450cc's, JE piston rings, its tuned on Hondata s200B with a chipped P28. The rest of the turbo kit is custom equal length mani, Tial 38mm, precision frount mount, custom oil lines and downpipe. Does this set up sound safe at all or is it a ticking time bomb? All I know car wise is 240's(drove a T3/T4 stock bottom end SR'd 240, T3 super 60 KA, 11.7:1 CR built N/A KA) Have a lot of experience with boosted cars, just have no idea what a D series can handle. And 18lbs on that set up just seems outrageous to me. Thanks
