Are you getting a misfire code, and if you are in what cylinders?

do a compression test.. the only time i got the misfire code was when i blew the ringlands out...

tell us what the results are.... the knock sensor i dont' think is too sensative...??

could be wrong.. but i think it takes a lot for it to detect knocking and when it does, there's not much it does to prevent it..??

This is what I recomend you do. First, put the fuel regulator back to stock in other words take the FMU out of line. Remove the line off of the FMU and run the line back into the regulator like it came from the factory.

Next, reset the ECU and see if you still get the codes. If you dont then its the fmu. Also, check your fuel pressure if yoiu can.

Check your plug wire firing order... reverse a couple and you'll get lots of misfires

I believe the misfire is detected through the o2 sensor readings.

The OBD II Honda ECUs detect a misfire by fluctuations caused in crank speed due to one cylinder not firing. It checks crank speed by a 12 tooth trigger mounted to the crank (Crankshaft Position Sensor).

There's definitely something not sparking right or you've got a siezed fuel injector or something.

So if you're using an MSD soft touch rev limiter, won't it think that your rev limiting is also a misfire?
