Default Do I really need a block guard???

Ok guys...I am finally getting my first turbo project on its way:

I got a DRAG kit from a buddy of mine cheap that I am going to slap on a B16A2 motor.

The head is going to have:

P/P 3 angle valve job.

Dual valve springs/retainers
Skunk 2 cam gears
Blox Turbo Cams
Blox intake manifold
Edelbrock 65mm throttle body

Bottom:

Eagle rods
Arias pistons 10:1 compression
Type R oil pump
Type r water pump
JDM type r crank pulley

Tranny:

S80 JDM with LSD
Competition clutch stage 2
Competitoni fly wheel 12 lbs

All run with Hondata s200 w/boost.

I am planning on running between 300-375 HP at most pushing 12-14 lbs.

DO I NEED A BLOCK GUARD SINCE IT IS OPEN ANYWAYS JUST IN CASE??? WOULD IT HURT??

WHAT BRANDS DO PEOPLE TRUST AND WHERE DO YOU BUY IT??

Thanks.

Don't waste your money on a blockguard. Instead put it towards a good tune.
