Default do i need to run a missing link or different map sensor with crome chipped p28????

hey, i was wondering if i need to run a missing link or a different map sensor on my motor when i go turbo in a week. i got a greddy turbo kit that im putting on a jdm gsr with slightly lowered compression. the kid i bought the kit off of said that i dont need to run any O2 sensors or a missing link, just leave the map how it is. idk if this sounds right. once again, its a p28 ecu chipped with crome and already tuned for a jdm gsr motor. its all obd1 stuff. thanks alot

You dont run a missing link with a chipped ECU and Crome/Neptune/Uberdata or Hondata. You will also be fine with a stock MAP sensor however you wont be able to boost higher then 10-11 PSI. A 2.5 BAR MAP sensor will allow you to boost up to 20-21 PSI and a 3 BAR MAP sensor will allow you to boost up to 35-36 PSI.
