Default Do B&M CommandFlo Fuel Flow Modifier's suck?

How is it that the B&M CommandFlo Fuel Flow Modifier sucks? I have heard this before, but haven't experienced it for myself. I found this info by searching, but I could never figure out why.

I have a 91 integra with a B16a swap using a PR3 ecu. All I am doing is putting in a Walbro 255 in-tank fuel pump, and I need the regulator to slow down the fuel flow or pressure just a little. I want to upgrade my fuel system since I wil be using nitrous.

Any opinions or thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

i personally don't like them because they use the stock fpr and on the one i installed you could only raise the fuel pressure...

also what 255 are you getting? the standard or the hp? Becaues ive installed the standard 255 and the fuel pressure stayed the same,,but the with the hp version it was raised..

they are very good for all motor or very low boost turbo cars... but if you are going to be boosting better to get a 1:1 ratio reg such as a aeromotive, AEM, or SX, paxton...

I am going to be using nitrous. So if I use the standard Walbro 255 pump, I will not have to get a regulator, but it should give me more volume, right, which would mean that I would run a little rich? Or is that the Walbro standard doesn't fall off in flow like the stock pump does?

I am just having doubts that my stock fuel pump is going to provide the necessary fuel flow, since it is the original pump (OEM) that I believe came with the car. I would hate to lean out my engine.

So overall, the B&M regulator should do the job for a nitrous application? Or should I not be a cheap a$$, and instead invest in a Holley or AEM regulator?

I suppose that a good question for me would be which regulator installs the easiest, and which one allows me to use the factory fuel line? And then, could I remove that little thingy mounted on the end of the fuel rail?
