Re: DIY Boost Controller (untensadude)
Very very cool! Ive got one question though...since there is a line run from the MBC to the BOV then do I still have to weld it to the charge piping???

Yes. All the line does is tell the BOV when to open etc. The whole purpose of it being on the charge pipe is to release the air in there.

Im doing the 5 dollar one on my SOHC setup.
Question: Am I about to get owned by boost creep?
Anyone ever used a DIY boost controller? Hell they look like aftermarket ones anyway most of the time.

Hmm, I've only heard good things about the TurboXS MBC. I'll prob. shell out the extra scrilla for that.
*note* I used "scrilla" for fun, I'm actually not even positive it means money hehe.

Re: (Cramerox)
Not to try and kill your sale (home depot did have bad spike) but as I recall the only boost controller that didnt have a pretty significant spike (like 2 psi) was some 400 dollar one...can't even remember what it was right now. Anyways, how bad is 2psi when the turbo first starts spooling??
