I have a 95 gsr with a greddy turbo tuned at 8 pounds of boost tuned with hondata with 440 injectors now when driving in 1-2-3 hitting it it seems to be fine but in 3 at high rpms and 4 i here a very light ticing sound im not sure what denation sounds like cause i have never heard it before i know this is hard to answer when you cant hear it but can some one try to help out if anyone has a clip or a car that has dentation can ou send me a link

That's a pretty good description. I've never heard that analogy before, but I connected with it instantly from the detonation I've experienced before with a Toyota Avalon.

but how loud is it or is it diffrent tones to detenation? also how would i go about fixing this should i use my fuel pressure regulater to richin it up?

a neat site
you can hear it just before the clip runs out.

It sounds more like a chirping at the end of the clip.
The fuzz is just feedback; remember that this sounds a little different since the recorder is attached to the block itself. You know kind of like when you use a stethoscope to listen to a valve tap and it has that hollow sound.
Read that site if you have time it is a really cool idea the guy has.

I'm pretty sure there isn't anything as "alittle" backfiring. I think you would know it.

Unfortunately backfires and knock can be caused by the same symptoms i.e. too rich, too lean, too little timing, or too much timing.
Is it actually breaking up? (jerking / cutting power) You know braaappp-bap-ba-ba-bap-bap
If so you probably have a more serious case of knock.
The best thing you could do to is log some runs with conservative base ignition timing, say 12-16deg (gsr or b16) using a wide band, or put it on a dyno and look for a drop in torque.
You can also pull the plugs to check for little ***** of material under a magnifying glass. Use fresh plugs for the test and do a high load run, maybe up a hill.
What is your set up? (turbo specs, boost, ECU, fuel pressure, ect...)

d16z6 fully built, t3, 450s, uberdata... i have a e cutout and if i open it up and cruise and then let off the gas that has a big backfire, but if it is closed and i and stepping on it, it is not a very noticable backfire, i can barley hear it. also it sounds like my turbo is breaking up, i am not quiet sure how to explain it, it is not a nice swift sound, it sounds like it is breaking up, one thing i know is that it is running lean anywhere from 10 to 11.5 also i gapped the plugs tp honda spec, which i am not sure i should have (they are a step colder) also my timing is step retard so it is .5 retarded per pound from 0 to 5 psi and .7 per pound 6 and above. i am running 8 psi
Sounds like an acceleration or deceleration enrichment problem to me.
I am however not familiar with your ecu. It should have this parameter (all good ecu's do). Plug it in and surf the software for acceleration, or deceleration enrichment. Better yet use the owner’s manual. I'd bet it is loading up a bit, so try to lean it out a little at a time to see if it goes away.
You have plenty of injector and 4 degrees of retard at 8psi is pretty good.
try gaping your plugs to .029", and change them often.

did you try regapping the plugs yet? Your problem almost sounds like mine except my plugs are already gapped down and I switched over to 2 steps colder which didn't do anything. It sounds like i'm getting detonation, but my pistons and plugs show no signs of it. Also my afr is rich running from high 11's down to high 10's towards the top end. My timing is also very conservative like yours.
