Oh u no just wanted the flywheel just bc I hear it is more exciting than stock.
The map sensor I had already acquired and would use it later down road when I decide to build the block.
Could you think of anything I'm missing on the list above?

No mention of intercooler or intercooler piping and couplers, clamps, usually need a 2.5" -> 2 " reducer for the pipe connecting to the turbo
Nothing wrong with your map sensor selection it will work and a 12lb flywheel definitely is a nice little addition over stock. Mike @ LSD motorsports has nice pieces for great prices, I suggest changing the pilot and throwout bearing while doing the clutch/flywheel
Im curious about the chrysler turbo you own, does it just require oil cooling only or does it have oil AND water ports? If it has both, you need to run both or it will cook itself to death quickly, about $75 in parts if water cooling is necessary
I personally would not run a ramhorn for such a small turbo on a slock block z6. A cast manifold is wonderfully reliable and easy to work with, they even sell stainless steel cast manifold now for $125, or you can get an iron one jet coated if looks are important. If your set of a ramhorn because you love the look its no big deal to run it, but sometimes puts the turbo in a less than ideal spot, melts dipsticks and tarnishes hood paint QUICK
A half sized radiator may also be needed..?
You say you also have a downpipe? Specifically made for the ramhorn and Chrysler turbo on a z6 block with stock oil pan? Or were you planning on modifying it? I surely wouldnt expect it to fit if it is a generic piece

Oh I forgot to list those parts
The Chrysler turbo I have a dp for it. (Generic 5bolt dp fit for Hondas fits this in a civic)
Have a half size radiator forgot to mention
Ramhorn I had already own
All parts I own already with exception of what u think I am missing in first post below ie flywheel
It seems nobody else is saying I'm missing anything on my kit list. So I'm just gonna look for opinions until July 5th. I'll get started on tearing the car apart
Will post lots pics then! Stay tuned

re: Deez d16z6 budget vitara turbo build & questions thread
Hi guys new update:
Bought used master power p/n 810025 m/n s50 turbo
Bought used 75mm vitara pistons plus custom length fj first batch "REVOLUTION" connecting rods
I guess plan is changing to built block!
Stay tuned
Saving more money to buy some misc parts (new bottom end bearings few extra bla bla)
Pictures will come once I decided to put everything together
Stuff atm is everywhere/ garage/ room closet/ balcony / bla bla lol
Now my question today: Should I just go with 75mm standard since I already acquired for cheap Or should I REALLY ditch the standard and buy new 75.5mm vitara pistons? kEEP in mind the rods are already connected to the standard 75mm that I have!
Admin if u can change title to "Deez d16z6 budget vitara turbo build & questions thread" if possible

Re: Deez d16z6 budget vitara turbo build & questions thread
It depends on the condition of the cylinders - if they can be honed and re-used, then go for it. Personally, i would have overbored to 75.5mm from the start and planned my setup accordingly.
FWIW, I have a built Z6 i'm looking to get rid of ...save yourself the effort of building one and buy mine (Wiseco/ Scat bottom end, built head)
Also, changed the thread title for you
