100% right. i agree. i don't see how there is any other car i can drive that don't have boost.... it just plain sucks... unless the car is just, super fast all-motor.... but... boost is too addictive... its like a psychological high you get when you see ur gauge hittin' PSI and when you let off, all that whoosh sound is orgasmic!

turbo's for life!

Gude stage 2 cams..

Anyone know if they would be turbo friendly??

I would be nice not to have to get other cams

__

and anything eles u guys think would be a reason not to boost on my stock b16 block?

im looking to make some decent power without having to swap blocks..

not sure but im running ctr cams and boost.
check the lift on them cams.

BOOST is great! get all types of looks from people and the blow off valve releases the pressure.
i get strange looks for the sound so i tell them " the car has a cold thats why it keeps sneezing"

The only cams you want to use are gsr's or itr/ctr's. As far as stock bottom end goes, I would stay around 250whp. My old stock LS bottom end help for 8 months with 304whp. You are going to love boost. Daily driven like me. Get ready to work on your car... a lot.

Haha, you're in FI territory, of course we'd all tell you to boost it! Hell, I'm in the process of gettin my teg boosted as well...best of luck to ya. Oh, and check out crower turbo cams, I heard they're pretty good.

Because boost is the right thing to do!

How fast can you go on an N/A motor in an EG coupe and keep streetability? 110 MPH in the 1/4? That's stock B16 + turbo range, with ease. **** N/A when you only have 100 cubic inches to deal with.

With a good tuner you could dial out some of the overlap from those Gude cams, but Gude cams are shitty cams anyways so I'm going to go ahead and say them. I'd avoid Crower turbo cams too, Jeff said he'd seen losses of 20 WHP with the Crower turbo cams over OEM B16 cams. Any OEM cams are fine, but if you can find em go with some ITR/CTR's.

i had a boosted ls motor with a greddy turbo kit.

sold all that and went all motor gsr

now i think i'm going back to ls turbo tuned on 10psi

i miss boost and i think the ls turbo set up was faster.

all motor is fun, but it takes a lot to make power.
