Default datalogging with plx r300?

Hi i've been looking at this product from plx,
http://www.plxdevices.com/R-300_productinfo.htm
I think it's really cool, has so many features that I would love,
warning light, built in gauges, wideband, datalogging.

What I'm wondering,
would I be able to use it's datalogging in conjunction with crome?(you need to pay 150 for cromepro to get it's built in datalogging).

I'd probably be running an ostrich or romulator.
i've already got a socketed p08 ecu, tuned via crome(not by me).

but i'm pretty fuzzy on how all the parts would interface together??

You are using a regular NB sensor w/ the Crome ECU, right? So you run the analog NB output from the R300 to your ECU and then you use the R300 for the WB and the datalogging.
