Daily Driver Turbo-d D series?
Ok so i have a 96 ex with a d16y8 in it and the engine has 50k on it and the tranny has about 45k and i was wanting to know if i could turbo it to around 200 or so whp ? id even be happy with 180 or so just as long as i can keep it to where i wont blow my engine in 2 weeks. Also i have a unorthodox undrive pulley a centerforce dual friction stage 2 clutch and a fidanza 8pounds fly wheel. So also could i turbo it with my fly wheel?

For stock pistsons/rods - don't do anything to the head in terms of 'performance', only rebuilding or cleaning. I'd also HIGHLY recommend removing the underdrive pulley (if its for the crank), as they are known to shatter oil pump gears from undampened harmonics.
Reason being is that with $15 2.5bar map sensor and ~12-15psi on a $100 T3 turbo, you'll be making 200whp no problem with all stock components (besides injectors).
The 8lb flywheel might be a bit light, but assuming you use the smaller 50 trim T3 turbo, you won't have problems falling out of boost at all. Maybe just more traction issues in 1st gear.

Impossible...never been done.
What would a flywheel have to due with a turbo?

Re: (USDM 4G VTEC)
You wouldn't need any headwork to hit 200whp.
As far as injectors go, you could run DSM 450cc's with a resistor box (probably the least expensive option) or pick up a set of saturated RC injectors that'll drop right in.
For tuning, see if you can get a hold of Blundar. He is in your area I believe, and you'll definitely have a solid daily driven setup if you get it tuned by him.
A lot of the questions you ask can be answered pretty easily by searching, so I'd suggest doing a little more research before you PM Blundar/contact a shop/someone else about helping you out, just so they know that you're not a kid with pipe dreams wasting their time.

Good lord, kids are getting more and more lazy these days.
Seriously, this thread is absolutely ridiculous. The OP should be embarrassed.
