d16z6 aftermarke valvesprings with oem retainers?
try to run about 400whp with bisi 2.4 cam or something. I was thinking to run with OEM retainers, is that bad idea?

You can use stock retainers you just can't expect to rev it as high safely. And it can depend on the design of the spring or the material/design of the stock retainer.
The titanium retainers are more for reduced weight... When there is more mass in the spring/retainer they do not respond as fast at high rpm and you can get valve float.
For a certain answer you should always contact the manufacturer directly.

me and danz both use oem retainers and aftermarket valve springs with the newer (z6 and y series) heads. the oem retainers are only slightly heavier than titanium and very reliable. 3 years of 10 second passes and no issues. 9000rpm+
