What do you want to do with the car? Basic street kit or all out built engine setup?
If you want just a basic bolt-on street legal kit, the Edelbrock kit is hard to beat.
If you're looking to go all out, there are plenty of people who make manifolds/kits/etc but you'll be on your own for fuel management. The best option for that is to convert to OBD1 (through a jumper harness, not a permanent conversion) and run a chipped P28/P30 ECU with Crome/Hondata/Neptune/ecTune.
Check out the SOHC turbo thread on here too, there's lots of good information in there.

The Edelbrock is a great starting point. You can pretty much just bolt it on and go with no worries, and if you want to upgrade you can swap out for a larger turbo, or switch up the manifold/turbo/downpipe combo altogether at a later date.
