hey guyus just picked up a supercharged d16y8 for a daily driver.
im new to jrsc's and im in need of help.
my belt is squellin like crazy since its cold, and ive been tighten it and and lubin it. and it keeps comin back. what i noticed and had concern on is that alternator and crank is made for 4 ribbed belt. so i was wondering if that pullly i got on there is suppose to be a 4 ribbed pully.
My next step is to buy a new belt and might as well step to a 8psi pulley if im correct. should i have to worry about tuning for a 8 psi pulley?

well what i found out it that i have the right pulley... But im still getting that damn squeel. I tried to adjust the alternator alittle since ive notice its been replaced. The belt looks fine, but is it common to change these every 10k or so..? I called jackson racing and they could help me, since it was uncommon... TOld me to call moss racing which closes to early for me to get to it
