if you get the ex mani(and if it fits on the y7 head(?)) then everything should fit off that kit...

well i'm in the process of building my D16A1, I didn't buy a kiy though, i'm piecing mine together. But i totally rebuilt my engine, so far i have
- JG Engine Dynamics sleeved block
- t3/t4 turbo
- Wiseco pistons
- Eagle H-beam rods
- JDM Supra intercooler
- Turbo xs BOV and Dual Stage Boost Contoller
- ported and polished head
- and a buch of other **** i can't remember

I don't know if your goin to this extent, but i'd almost recommend a kit from all the fun i've gone through. There is actually a real nice kit that just came out for D-series cars and i belive it's by edelbrock if memory serves correctly. i'm looking for it as i type, it's in one of the newer sport compact car magazines. From what i remember it was a nice kit. if i find it i'll post again.

ok i found it, its in the march 2003 issue of scc, page 162.Yup an i was right this kit is sweet, very complete. From what i see in the pic and reading the article there's a Garrett ball bearing GT turbo, nice front mount intercooler with all the piping, a cast ni-resist turbo manifold, an intake manifold, TIAL BOV and basically all the lines and little **** you need. check out http://www.edelbrock.com , says they have it up on there site.

that looks like a really nice setup, I want to work on internals but know i can just boost with stock internals and i should be ok... how much did you spend on your internals? and work... est...

Plan on spending at least $2000 building the shortblock.
