Default d16y7 bottom end- d16y8 head (mini-me)

well i have a stock DX motor about 70000 miles on it and i am thinking about upgrading what i got and doing a mini me i found a full EX head for 200 bucks with about 50000 miles complete with manifold and sensor but my question is i heard that it will raise my compression to like a 10.2.1 or something like that.

well i want to go turbo and i am just thinking that if this does up my compression how or what would i need to do to say run a apex turbo kit intercooled with cams valves springs and retainers. and for bottom end rods and pistons.

like would i jsut get lower compression pistons or how would i go about this or would a mini me swap not work good with a turbo set up?
