Default cylinder 1+4 firing to much with COP

Hey I'm having some issues seting up COP on a 30-1000 honda. it is a turbo GSR motor.
I followed these instructions:

http://forum.aempower.com/foru...928.0

It will idle but it misses a lot when it gets over 3000 rpm. I put a timing light on it and cyl 2 + 3 were firing perfectly and looked fine. When I put the timing light on 1 or 4. I could see the timing marks sometimes and sometimes I didn't see any. It was almost like it was firing too much. Also my timing light on 2+3 also read the correct RPM and the RPM on 1 and 4 was way over. Runner 1 +4 on the turbo manifold are also hotter than 2+3

I had a stock distributor and just put a MSD billet one on yesterday hoping that would fix it. It didn't but 2+3 fire so well the crank pulley looks still. it use to look like it was shaking.

i posted my .cal file here:

its like this with b4 going to EMS coil 1(white) and B3 going to coil 2 (green):

I just retraced all of the wiring and it is correct to the diagram.

coil # 1 = cyl #1 ?
coil # 2= cyl #2 or #3
coil #3 = cyl #3 or #4
coil #4 =cyl #3 or #2 ??

if you have the coil # match the cyl, you drain the cdi box 2 times in a row, where as if you had the coil # match firing order you would alternate between capacitors.

not sure if that might have something to do with it ???

Coil driver one fires 1+4 which are wired in series. coil driver two fires 2 + 3 which are wired in a series. This should alternate 1 2 1 2. Am I missing something ?
The dip switches on the C2DI box are down up down.

Does anyone have a calibration with an AEM with a C2DI working ? If you could post it or send it that would help a lot.

Last call for help before you see my C2di in the classifieds. If you have a C2DI or MSD dis2 or dis 4 running on the AEM help me out. I will make a detailed post on the problem so that other don't have the same problem.

yea, i belive on the aem cdi's capaciter # 1, fires coils 1&3. capacitor #2 fires coils #2&4..

now you are going 1,1,2,2,1,1,2,2.......etc

draining the box 2 times in a row.

coil #4 in cyl #2
