ok so heres the deal. bout a week ago my car started cuttin out every once in awhile and it seeemed it to do it more when i would turn a corner, i kinda just thought it was fouled plugs cuz ive been drivin around on a basemap.. well anyways i went and got my car tuned 2day cuz i thought maybe it would fix it, put new plugs in it also. anyways he tuned it for like 4 hours and we couldnt figure out why its not makin power. its a stock gsr bottom end with 450's at 9 pounds of boost.. its was boosting fine but only makin 157hp, we did compression test and it was perfect.. so i took the car to put my wifes distributor in cuz we thought it might be an ignition problem but its doin the same thing and it cuts out at all rpms and it doesnt really wanna go past like 4 grand at idle! if anyone might have an idea what might b wrong please give me your opinions they will be greatly appreciated...

oh yeah and we also noticed that when we took the number 2 plug wiren off with the car runnin it didnt die down like its supposed to.. well i just went out to gap the plugs from 25 to 20 and noticed that the tip of the plug in cylinder 2 had melted down a lil bit. again the compression is perfect, would a bad injector be the problem maybe but wouldnt that show up in the tune? is this a fuel problem cuz its not a spark issue.. please help
