Default cutting hole in frame for intercooler pipe?

my 99 DX did not come with the hole precut and I need to know what to use to cut the frame out on the passenger side to route my intercooler pipe. any links or suggestions would be great.

^Yeah I did it that way. If you want that hole there you can get a holesaw and cut away which I did as well. There's markings for where the hole should be and it's size.

yeah you can route it the drag/94-01 way- hugs the tranny instead of running through the "intake hole" or whatever its called in the front right fender

any hardware store will have them.

i recomend drilling out a 3inch opening.

"3inch hole-saw" is what you are looking for. be sure to get the drill bit attachment for the holesaw, if it doenst come with it.

lol, I've had mine since 01'. It serves one purpose very well time and time again...to put holes in that spot for charge piping, just chalk it up as a cost.

daniel, me and dustin have you covered. I would rather do this for you, but use OIL on the blad while cutting.
