Intercooler pipe pops off at full boost.
Does anyone else have this problem? When i hit full boost around 10-12psi i heard this loud pop. I was like wtf was that!! So i checked under the hood and found that the intercooler pipe popped out of the coupler leading to the intake mani. So i beaded the ends of the pipe and solved that problem. But now its popping off at the intercooler. I tightened every coupler as tight as possible took it around the corner POP again. What can i do to stop this? Is there something else going on besides me tightening things down?

What about bead rolling? Is it possible to have this done at a local shop?

Just have a few beads run on the intercooler piping and use T bolt clamps with better silicon couplings. Going this way will almost guarantee no more slipped hoses.
