Default Cut Out After Install

Okay I recently finished my car and I fire it up and its running fine at idle. I go to drive and its as though its in limp mode. Hard to describe but when I give it gas it will begin to move and then I could smash the gas to the floor and its giving it the same amount. It's definately running rich caz I can see black smoke from the exhaust at times. And up minor hills its as though I'm not goin to make it. When starting the car and letting it idle it runs fine, but after running it and stopping the car to let it idle it stalls out, probably flooded. I installed a walbro 255 fuel pump dsm 450 injectors and did an OBD0 to 1 conversion. Changed O2 distributor ECU and got a jumper harness. I used a universal 4 wire O2 and it has 2 heater wires and my instructions with the harness tell me to put one wire to the heater wire and another to a 12v source, but the only remaining wire after the ground and signal wire is the second heater wire. I'm going to pull the codes tomorrow once I get a scan tool here, but until then any help is appretiated. I just cant figure it out. I'm thinking timing is off or an injector isnt firing maybe even a vacuum leak...I'm really drawin a blank. Also I have NGK plugs and NGK iridium plugs. I'll continue searching for now. Thanks guys.

I failed to mention that after the stall out it wont start again for awhile. I'm just drawin a complete blank. I also wires the jumper switch for the CEL and it doesnt work (no my wiring dont suck.) somethin else must be up. i mean im new to this and it could be somethin stupid but w/o the codes im clueless. It tends not to go over 3000 rpms either, it just starts shortin out like it wants to stop and i slow down to the point where i gota downshift and it just runs like ****. lost **send out the helicopters**

yes after converting to obd1 (therefore o2 sensor distributor and ecu) and after my turbo install and dsm injectors and a walbro fuel pump. Like I said it idles fine but doesnt accelerate just wants to shut off after giving it gas. To continue it running I almost have to keep giving it gas. Could it possibly be in limp mode? If so how?

Free rev it in neutral, try to get it past 4k. If you can get it to 4500 or even 5000 it's not in limp mode.

You did scale the map for 450cc injectors, right? Post up your bin.

I don't think it'll go past 3500 rpm. Also my basemap SHOULD have been set on the ECU when I bought it with uberdata. But I can't be certain until I check it myself..or I was thinking I could throw in my old injectors and see what happens. I checked for spark and every one is sparking.
