Default Custom wastegate dump

Here it is.Cut a hole out of the bumper and wnet to lowes and got a stainless steel sheet and cut this trim peice out of it and rivited it to the bumper.

I made all of that myself. The trim is 1/8" aluminum...

I think it makes for a mean-*** look I am making my own as well.. You can even use an old street sign (for aluminum) ..haha.. I bet when it opens at night it'll shoot some flames..

i wonder what are the negative effects to the body right around this exhuast, the tire, and the rest of the car down stream as the hot fumes travel down the side of the car....

I have the same setup and there are no bad side affects.. i have had mine done for about the last 3-4 months ,and i love it!!, yes it is definatly loud when the wastegate cracks open!!!

and it really sounds wicked when you are beside someone and it opens up at 20psi on boost with the tire being ripped off through third!!! lol

i get complements all the time on mine, and i also get people asking me what the hell that sound s was.. lol

How is the pipe run is there a flex section on the dump tube. Is it connected to the bumper or is it just floating in the cutout of the bumper. How is it done I wont to see under the hood.

why does everyone always dump it out the drivers side?? if the wastegate is located on the tranny side of the engine, than couldn't you dump it out the passenger side?
