Default Custom setup is in and feels evil.

Heres my list of parts.
Hondata 4b
dsm 450
str fuel rail
turbo xs blow off valve
turbo xs hp mbc
sfp 4-1 manifold
innovative t3/to4e
tial 35 mm gate
clutch masters flywheel
exedy clutch
ssr competition 16x7
nitto drag radials
full autometer gauges (fuel,boost,a/f,oil)
greddy egt
custom downpipe 2.5 in (me)
custom 2.5 in exhaust (me)
3 in magnaflow
greddy type 24 intercoler(bigger one)

well it took 4 nights (8 hrs per night) after work at the shop to get everything made and in.
I have had very llittle sleep since wed. car feels incredibly strong for 5 psi of boost. I did a lot of porting of every weld and flange throughout the system to try to get a decent flow for my less than good welding skills. The parts work great and the fit and finish is actually pretty good. drove a girls 99 gs-r with greddy kit at whatever psi (no gauges) and my car is a LOT stronger (94 gs-r) at 5 psi.

one problem oil leak at the oil return bung (on pan). pulled pan back off and welded inside and still leaking a little. no leak at idle but after i drive it there is a leak????? any not obvious ideas???

Next stop is dyno. wish i had a digi camera to post pics.

Clean the pan up ALOT, drain the oil, hose it down in brake cleaner from the outside, let it dry.

JB weld the **** out of it, just around the welding to stop the leak. Problem solved.

I did weld and jb weld the first time. today i took the pan off and welded inside the pan. still leaking as of this morninig but i looked earlier and it seems to have slowed/stopped. i will know for sure on monday when i can get it up on the lift.

Thanks guys

should be in the mid to low 14's at 6000 ft. alt. on 5 psi
