Default Custom FMIC?

I have two goals in opposition.

Show: I love the looks of an intercooler that runs all the way across the mouth of a 98+ Integra. Like, for instance, this one:

Go: I want to build a custom, low cost, junkyard DIY turbo setup that spools quickly and has low lag. I want the setup to be useful for autocrossing. People say that big intercoolers cause a pressure drop, and that the FMIC pictured above is really frikkin' huge.

So, is there any FMIC's out there that are that long and tall, but narrow? Or am I just going to have to sacrifice beauty for performance and get a puny *** intercooler?

Ben

If you want an IC that has a low pressure drop and takes up the whole front, get one that has tanks on the top and bottom, not the side. When there are many short bars/tubes there is less of a restriction than when there are a few long ones.
I am planning on taking 3 DSM cores and welding them together in this manner.
