Anybody tried this setup. b16a g2 8.5:1 compression forged pistons and rods. blockgaurd, valves, springs, retainers, im gunna start small with the 8 psi that the wastegate is set to. and see where it goes from there.

not 100% true. Coming form Mr2's which use the CT26 (as well as the MKIII supras) the Mr2 version of the turbo uses a diffrent flange all togather mitsubishi if I'm not mistaken the 7CM2. You have to have an adapter plate to put a T3 flanged turbo on it. No 100% sure what the supra version has. Just make sure it's the right one.

the point made was that a turbocharger is a turbocharger. the question was not about flanges, it was about whether a turbocharger from a specific car was going to be a good match to a specific engine. further, the question was not even whether it was well matched, but whether or not a "toyota" turbo would be compatible with a honda engine.

Well the question was about matching. since a supra motor is a slight bigger motor then the b16. i figured anyone would understand i was asking if anybody has used it on a b16 before so i know how its gunna spool. maybe i said i wrong. so now u know
