crower 402t+dual valve springs and ti retainers. safe to rev?
I have a DHR head with dual valve springs, Ti retainers and soon to have 402t's in it. motor is fully built, has wiseco 9.0:1 pistons on eagle H-beams. ARP rod bolts, head and main studs etc. Im just wondering what this motor can SAFELY rev to and what the cams make power to? I have searched archives and threads from a couple years ago, reading about people "thinking" the head would safely rev to 8500-8800. But then crowers side(which doesn't even show 402-t's) says that other 402's are safe to 9+ But would like to hear from someone with experience before I go out and start tachin my **** off that high.
ps... if it really does rev anywhere near that high, uber baller status coming from an LS head

There's no point to revving them past 8000 since they won't make power past that. If you have an IM, TB, P&P head, etc.... then hit up a dyno to find where you're power band is. No one can tell you if you don't have a stock head

thats part of the question im asking, is what other people are revving a set up like mine, and still making power too. I have no idea what these cams make power too on even a stock LS head. Mine has a skunk 2 intake manifold, bored throttle body, hondata IM gasket, 5angle valve job, and mild P&P. Anyone else running a similar set up? If so care to inform me?
