Crazy Manifold!
Hello, im currently piecing together a turbo kit for my 2000 EK civic. It has a d16y7, and ill be running a t3/t4 vitara setup. I wanted to do this setup because of the good things i have heard about it. I know the turbo is a little big, but it will let me shoot for a higher hp total in the future. The turbo is huge and the only see one problem, im going to have to find a manifold that allows ac. I have found this manifold on eBay, and i was wondering if anyone has used it before. I know the waste gate is only on one runner, but i don't think that should be a problem with the amount of boost i want to run. The only problem i see with the manifold is that cylinder 2 and 3 appear to have there openings covered by the flange, and the runners have a pretty crazy bend in the middle. Has Anyone used these? If you have, Were you impressed, or could you maybe recommend another manifold thats A/c Compatible?

Re: Crazy Manifold!
I am using that same manifold on my z6. I have no idea what kind of power I will be making but I think it will be sufficient enough for 12 lbs on my smaller T3.

Re: Crazy Manifold!
That's an eBay version of the old Drag V3 manifold. It has been around forever and used by many people. The wastegate placement sucks so be prepared to have boost creep. If you can accept that, it will work out for you. If you want a good manifold without boost creep and retain AC, pm Project DC2 about his log manifolds. They're going to cost more than this, but are worth the price
