Just installed a Greddy 15g turbo kit on my 99 ex and i can barely get 130 miles out of a half tank driving nicely. I have the Greddy Blue Box right now, and stock injectors. I dont know if I should dump the Blue box and get a vafc??? I just read a post from another person on here saying they took a trip, with another person in the car and some luggage in the trunk and still got almost 400 miles to the tank. I remember those days, now i just want them back to at least 300 miles to a tank nicely driven. What do you all think?? VAFC, or can the Blue Box still work and fix my problem???

I have a t25 with s-afc, and on trips If I keep out of boost, i'll get 36-39 mpg, in town, boosting all the time, 21-22 mpg

yea even on the highway crusing at 65 out of boost, i just watched the gas gauge move off of the F line where usually it would be 75 miles or so until it was past the F line. I think I need to drop the Blue Box and get a vafc or safc. Thanks for the post

thats typical of the blue box. look into a rom editor.

what exactly is that? i take it you program the blue box to specific settings then? Any links that you know of that would help me out? Can't really find exaclty what your talking about.
