Default Crank for Turbo GSR??

Guys, this might not be where I should post this, but I spend a great deal of time in here and most everyone in here will shoot straight with people. I have a fully built turbo B18c1 that I recently spun a rod bearing in. For some reason I found that I had a **** ton of gasoline in my oil. I am in the process of diagnosing how this happened. My car is tuned with Honda S200 and I am running saturated RC 750's, stock fuel rail and FPR. I dyno'ed 300 HP at 14psi. My real question is I need to buy a crank, and I want to know what you guys would recommend on buying a crank. Should I be looking for a stock/used crank, or a refurbished/rebuilt that is say mic'd .10 under. I am pretty sure that a new crank is out of the question, because I don't have the money for a new one. Any help is apreciated with either diagnosing the problem, and with help on the crank. My main concern is that if I buy one that is refurbished/rebuilt .10 under how can I know for sure that it is at correct specs until I actually get it in and put the bearings in. Thanks in advance!

You can check the specs yourself. Just measure the journals from 4 different angles on each journal and write down each measurement. Make sure they are all in spec and you should be good to go. Good luck!

cant afford one? i see good gsr cranks on here all the time for around $200. keep an eye on the classifieds.

Maybe I was not specific enough, by new one, I mean brand new from Honda. I checked and they were around $900 here at the local dealership. I will keep my eye out in the classifieds though! Thanks for the help.

You can get Golden Eagle ones for easily half that..

I recently spun a rod bearing in my GSR too. The best thing to do if your building it up (which is the best time to do it right now) is to get a used LS crank. It will give you 1.8mm more stroke, more discplacement, it weighs half a pound lighter than a GSR crank and its cheaper than a used GSR crank! Then all you need are LS length rods to make it work in your GSR block.

I wish that I knew that before, I am already benson sleeved and built with eagle rods and wiseco pistons, so I am not buying a new set. Thanks for the help though! any ideas on why the gross amount of fuel could be in the oil????
