Found a turbo kit for sale near me, $1000. This is the description:
Up for sale is an amazing Turbo KIT!!!! This is a 100% complete kit. Best kit around. The civic this was on pulled a 13.1 in the quarter on a single cam engine with stock internals. You will not be disappointed I promise you that.
t-28 (BIG 16g clipped wheel).
Internal waste gate set at 9 psi.
Custom built tubular manifold.
Custom 3" downpipe with a wastegate dump pipe.
Bolts for the Downpipe.
Oil pressure line with proper fittings
Oil return line with proper fittings.
Stainless steel braided water coolant lines.
Polished Adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
FMU adjustable with stainless steel braided lines.
Polished missing link (stops MAP sensor from reading boost).
Polished BOV (blow off valve).
Polished Breather filter.
Polished Air filter.
Polished manifold cover.
Polished 3" intercooler piping.
Polished Intercooler
Hardware and bracket to hang intercooler
Every hose clamp that you will need for the Intercooler and BOV.
Every silicone high pressure hose you will need.
AFC II controller so you can tune the fuel map for the correct air/fuel.
AFC II owners manual.
5" white faced tach.
Remote mount Shift light.
White faced Boost Gauge.
White faced Fuel pressure gauge.
All Vaccum lines and fittings needed for fuel, gauge, and BOV.
Also included (not pictured) four 440cc Fuel injectors.
And anything else that I forgot to mention that is in the picture.
This is really the ultimate kit. It looks good and works awesome. It will work on any d series engine as a direct bolt on. If you are running a B series engine you will need to modify the exhaust manifold to fit, but other then that it is a direct bolt on. It will work on either Honda or Acura.
The whole kit has about 1000 miles on it. It is basically brand new. The turbo burns zero oil and blows no smoke guarenteed. I paid well over $3,000 dollars for all of the parts of this kit. I am selling this kit at an amazing price.
I bought the Turbo on http://www.turbochargers.com. I paid just over $1,000 for the turbo alone. So you are for sure getting the best deal on this.
What do you guys think? Worth it? It is used... How will it work with my mostly stock B18b engine on the integra? Would I need to get anything else? How about tuning?

There is no way that T-28 costs $1000 brand new.

There's 2 squared off 90's for the intercooler pipes. Definate nono. Id give him 350 for all and thats if the turbo is in good condition.
I say stay away and piece together your own kit
