Default Coolant in intake manifold?

Ok so i have another thread on here talking about how i have coolant in my oil on my freshly built ls vtec turbo. I finally finished my build n was getting it tuned when the car would shoot out white smoke from the exhaust. We just thought it was just running really rich, took it down the street n the car started to sputter a lot n was blowing white smoke out the exhaust. Turned around n put it back in the garage checked my plugs n had some type of mixture. Looked at my oil cap n saw it was dripping oil like water n had some type of mixture. Drained the oil and saw coolant in come out mixed with oil. Only thinng i thought than was that it could be my headgasket, so i start taking off my head. I take off my turbo manifold n see coolant/oil in runner #4. I start to take off my intake and coolant comes out from there. I finally take the head off n dont see anything unusual but i see puddles of coolant in the head if u look into the intake runners. So im thinking that its not the headgasket cuz how is coolant getting in the intake n in the head? Could this be my problem? Would this cause coolant in my oil?

Are you using a thick plastic intake manifold gasket like a hondata?

Did you see if it was leaking by where the coolant passes through? Are all your vac/coolant lines hooked up correctly?

I had no leaks, i had the car idling for 10mins n nothing was dripping from under the car n saw nothing around the motor. Im pretty sure i connected everything right but to double check how should it go? Im using a blox 72mm tb with a edlebrock victor x manifold. If im looking at my motor from the front on the IACV the left nipple is going to the coolant tube on the back of the block and the left nipple is going to nipple on top of the tb. Is that correct?

My machine shop said there is something up with my intake manifold or tb. What i am thinking is the vacuum source on the tb that goes to the IACV is just sucking up coolant n dumping it in the intake manifold n than in the pistons.. I think i connected something wrong can someone help me out? On my blox tb there is a 90 degree nipple on top and i connected that to the IACV is that wrong? Is that hose suppose to be a vacuum source or something else?
