Hey guys,

My car has been consuming coolant, but i find no signs of being a blown hg, no oil in the coolant, oil lvl still the same, no overheating, no white smoke coming from the exhaust.
Stock itr engine with a 3mm cometic hg and arp headstuds torqued to 72-75.
Any ideas?

 

I'm no expert but have you done the obvious?(looked around the hoses, smelled around etc) or do you ever smell coolant when the heats on? maybe the heater core?

 

i see no leaks on the hoses and i havent noticed any different odor with the heater on
Any more opinions?

 

Stock radiator? how old is it? Some people have had this problem and they replace it with an aluminum one (upgrade) and it goes away. I'm about to do this myself (to get the temps down, but if the problem stops that's welcome too haha)

I'm still having the same problem.. The car still boost fine. Hopefully its just an old radiator issue...
