Default controlling the boost

currently, i am using a greddy boost controller running at 0.45 bar which is equivalent to 7psi. Is there anything I can buy or do to make the turbo run at a lower psi, preferably 4 psi? Or is there a way i can just turn off the turbo completely while leaving the turbo kit and intercooler under the hood?

I think you can do it by hand with an external wastegate that comes with spring adjusmentl.

the only thing you can get is a lower rated spring. What kind of wastegate are you running? If it's a Tial or any of the big name external ones you can swap out the spring in there. As far as "turning off" the turbo.....not gonna happen.

you can remove the spring completely and the waste gate will not retain the pressure...meaning you cant boost. or if its internal just lockwire the waste gate linkage open.
