Is a T3 .60 compressor housing alot smaller than a T4 .50 compressor housing? How much difference?

Im trying to see what spoolup time will be with

Stratight T3 with .48 ex and .60 compr
vs
T3/T4 with .63 ex and .50 compr

what helps spool up time is the turbine housing and wheel, there's a difference trying to spin the wheel in a 48AR housing than the 63 AR housing..

the 48 ar will fill up the air pretty fast in comparison to the 63 AR, but at a certain point, it can only push so much, it stops spinning the wheel any faster.

ALSO, A/R ratio is a relative number, it does not necesarily determined the size of the compressor housing in 2 different families such as the t3 and the t04E

it relates the amount of area in square inch of to the length of the center of the area to the center of the housing.

hmmm.... So would a T4 compressor of .60 have more lag then a T3 compressor of .60 if both were on .48 turbines.
