Default compression test

Just did a compression test and the #s didnt look good.Im not sure what cylenders are what but looking at the motor from the from of car left to right i got
40-60-120-120
I have arouind 20psi oil pressure on idle and drops to 0 when i star to drive in first and i cant hold any oil,it all is coming out from the valve cover filter.would it be valves or rings?i didnt do a leak down never have befor.the head looks like new under the valve cover,no metel or any junk.Im not sure what to look for but i didnt want to drop the oil pan yet.
Any help or pointers be great
stock ls only had 1500 miles since i had it broke down to block and had the head brought back to new and every gasket replaced throughout the motor.only ran 500miles boosted at 10psi with a 14b.. was tuned to 250hp(dyno-chipped p28)but i may have gone lean(tuner says no just my guess)
TIA
BTW i did run 480 miles boosted problem free, 15runs at the track also 14.3-14.5 100-105mph
