Default Compression Question

Alright guys I've got a high compression LS/VTEC with eagle rods and wiseco pistons. It's at about 11.18:1. I was wanderinng how safe would I be if I threw on a Cometic .054 headgasket and dropped it to 10.4. How much boost could I safely run on pump (92) octane since everything is forged anyways.

I have no idea what the rods are cause I didn't buy/build it. I bought it already done so to tell you the truth I am skeptical of the whole thing. Who knows whats really in there you know. So you think 10 on 10.4:1 is safe with enough tuning.
