looking to boost my d16y8

currently it has aprox 74k on it, going to undergo a swap soon but id like to see what my sohc is capable of

im planning to boost 7-9 lbs on it

i was checking compression
my compression is 150psi across the 4 cylinders

do u think thats safe to boost on ?!

It's a little low for 74,000 miles, but you should be okay to boost it. Just keep the Y8, it's better than a swap.
