Default compression and leakdown test results

Compression Test Results
Cylinder 1 = 210 psi
Cylinder 2 = 210 psi
Cylinder 3 = 190 psi
Cylinder 4 = 210 psi

Leakdown Test Results
Cylinder 1 = 4%
Cylinder 2 = 4%
Cylinder 3 = 13%
Cylinder 4 = 4%

its a 95 GSR with 150K
JRSC @ 8 PSI tuned with hondata

Car has a real bad hesitation/stutter at WOT. Im not sure if its related to these results posted but maybe someone can help me with that.

I couldnt hear where the air was coming from on the third cylinder. I kinda heard some air from the adjacent spark plug hole but im not positive. I took off the radiator cap and there were no bubbles. I also bought one of those coolant testers from kragen and tested for gasoline gasses in my coolant and it came out negative.

Any help is greated appreciated.

Thanks!
Does this mean my headgasket is ok?

If your headgasket was bad i dont think your compression would be that high, leak down tests mainly test valves and your piston rings. Your numbers seem fine aside from the 20psi difference in cyliner 3, not something to get too worried about, unless the numbers durasticly change shortly. keep doing the tests atleast every month, also if the head gasket was bad the coolant would most likley be milkey, and you would see the smoke from the tail pipe.

oh i am definitly seeing smoke, but i think its black (due to all the black stuff on my bumper) Do you think those numbers could be valves? or my rings going bad?

I dont think it is the headgasket either because of the coolant test i did. I changed my oil last night and it wasnt milky at all so, yeah....

THanks for the reply.

Ok and that would be incorrect then.

Your compression test will come out fine a lot of times if your headgasket is blown.
