Default compression test results?!

cylinder 1 - 210
cylinder 2 - 190
cylinder 3 - 180
cylinder 4 - 210

shouldnt my compression be at 180? does that mean i have a bent valve?

it could mean a lot of things...the headgasket could be bad, piston ring/cylinder wall seal could be wearing out, etc

Do a leakdown test and that will give you a better idea of the problem...i wouldnt jump to conclusions just yet though

a variation of 30psi is alot, i've always heard its about consistancy sp like each cylinder should be within in atleast 20 psi of each other... could be wrong. my ls/vtec was 210 205 195 210
