Youll never be done w/the manifold Trust me and the rest of the 3k people that can vouch for the neverending cracking issues. Oh ya, might want to tether that WG, otherwise youll run it over in a week or so...

Re: Completed project?....Probably not, but almost! (Tinker219)
hey guys, thanks for the nice comments.
im only running 10psi because im running the afc hack....
once i get a hondata and bigger injectors, i'll run 20psi.
my setup is as follows:
9.8:1 je pisotons
crower rods
crower titanium valve springs and retainers
type-r transmission (lsd)
act stage 3 clutch
msd sci ignition
type-r intake mani and throttle body.
t3/t04e turbonetics turbo
turboXS blow off (its mounted facing down towards the tranny)
other reason i dont run much more boost is because i only have a head guard....not resleeved.
i havnt run it at the track yet, because i just got it all tweaked and running nice like a few days ago. its never ending maintenance i swear! but its definitely worth it!!!!
oh yeah, and PS - the car is PAINTED FLAT black.
i chose that color because ive always wanted a flat black car - like the police cars on robo cop! and since im not married, nobody could stop me!

As Tinker said, get rid of the mani cause it will crack. I just went through that **** myself. Other than that everything looks good

i highly doubt you have titanium valve springs, considering they cost about $500 each.

Re: Completed project?....Probably not, but almost! (Arturbo)
hey arturbo, yeah, that was me about a year and a half ago.... i was so new to turbo stuff that it was only because of honda reliability my motor survived the crap i put it through.......but after reading this forum alot and rubbing elbows with motor heads - my friend and i build and put that motor in, and i did the entire turbo install myself.
im sorry about that typo - they are crower high-rev dual valve springs w/ the titanium retainers.
ps - hey arturbo, can u take that 'my .02 is ghetto' off my name sometime when u get a chance?
here are a couple other pics
