Default comp. ratio with boost

is it possible to have a setup that makes power in the mid 9000 rpm range and still be able to run big boost or is this a bad chemical limit, opinions on valvetrain parts that would possibly be great for THIS setup i dont have the $$$$ for a bottom end build but have a b18b1 to start with iwant to stick with my bottom end for now

b18c1 w/ usdm itr pistons and the rest is stock would a block gaurd help and would high compression valves be a bad thing???????with boost before/after built bottomend

Forget building anything, stick with the ls motor you'll be happy. This isn't fast and furious you don't need 9000 rpm's.

I know a guy with a stock ls motor with a t3-super 60 and he makes the most power at 5300-5500rpm.....no need for this 9000rpm BS.
