Default Code 9 after turbo install...wtf??

i just got done installing my homemade kit on my '89 CRX. get it running and adjust the fuel tables a bit at idle, roll out of the shop, and as soon as i start rolling i get a CEL. check it, 9 blinks. why would this happen all of a sudden after the install? i believe code 9 is the CYP sensor. the only thing that got unplugged during the install was the o2 sensor, but that is because i am running a PLX wideband. i am runnin the o2 turned off in TurboEdit so the ecu doesnt make any changes to my map. could that be why im throwing a code? like i said, the ONLY thing that was unplugged during install was the o2...

Setup:
'90 a6 motor/trans
hf mani
te04h turbo
volvo fmic
2.25" charge pipes
dsm 450s
TurboEdit chipped pm6

Make it obd1 I had this same problem with a B16 swap i did into a 88 std hatchback. We replaced the dizzy and it didnt help. Tryed everything. Finally the guy converted to obd1 and it went away. Ran fine every since.

i've had the same issue with 2 5th gen preludes that use the jumper harness to run hondata. They instantly get code 9. One has a brand new distributor, which didn't throw any codes before switching over to obd1 and hondata. I often wonder if its some strange wiring issue or a screw up in the software.

is the CYL sensor
tells the ecu when the #1 cylinder is on TDC for the base for the sequential fuel injection
its most used for starting the engine, not while it runs

Man, I am having issues with this code too! I'm an obd1 car with an h22a1 engine. It happened all of sudden when I het a bump and I threw a cel. I ended up having 3 codes, but two were because of loose wiring on my oxygen sensor. I ended up with the code 9 and I haven't been able to get rid of it. I've since left for korea and my car has been sitting for over a year. I'll have to try and remedy it when I get home!

Before I left, I also replaced the dizzy and that didn't help at all. Someone suggested that it may be the wiring and I didn't get a chance to test it with a voltmeter so I'll do that when I get back too. Funny part is that my car was running and boosting fine with no problems Only thing was that damn Cel wouldn't go away!!!
