i double checked it and it is installed properly. also, if i don't run the missing link, the car likes to shut off, or not start at all. if i shouldn't run the missing link, then what should i do?

You're not suppose to run a missing link with the afc. If it's shutting off, something else is wrong. How is it shutting off? Maybe you are running hella rich, it could be why it likes to shut off.

Off topic, but I ran it for a summer and didn't have much trouble. The only problem was getting enough fuel at start up idle. It was throwing me misfire codes. If I dumped more fuel at start up idle, then I wouldn't get any misfire codes.

I found out that my problem was the afc. The afc is fried and the guy that sold it to me got a $150. Oh well, hopefully I won't have any issues with the hondata. Thanks a lot for y'alls help.

How did you know your AFC was fried? Just curious because I'm using an AFC and I still get a CEL at boost.
