Code 16 on Turbo d16!!
Alright I will start out listing the setup to ease any q's on that
d16y8 block arias pistons eagle rods assembled by earl (stock head)
3in full exhaust (no cat)
Gt3251e and bmc log
tial 38mm wg
FIC 650cc inj
Hondata s200
walbro 255hp
Aftermarket ignition(msd 6al, accel super coil, msd cap, and stock wires)
Lots more but dont think its pertinent
Anyways I got the car tuned at Velocity Performance by stoney, it made good power and ran great for a couple of weeks. All of a sudden I was driving down the highway one day and the car started to misfire. I pulled over and figured out the car was in limp mode(3500 rpm rev limit gave it away). So i pull the codes, i get code 16(fuel injectors). I think great the tuner toys 660's took a ****( seems to be normal with them) so I send them back. I buy the FIC 650s because they were close to the 660 and the car was getting retuned that weekend for more boost. Ok so I put the injectors on and its still having the same prob. Alright so I start inspecting the wiring. I pull off the resistor box and find the problem, a wire had broken in half (odd i thought). So i replace bam the car runs. SORT OF. Its idling real lean like in the 16's and after about a minute the car throws itself back into limp mode. So this is where I am now, I am out of ideas on what it could be now, I have also replaced the computer and got a new burn of my tune from velocity(thanks for replacing the chip by the way) and still nothing. Can anyone help me out at all. This sux, i just got the car done after not being able to drive it for 8 months and now it has been down for another month and i only got to drive it for one. ANy help is appreciated!

code 16 is for a injector test. If the ECU sees a short or open curcuit, it throws that code. You have a open curcuit some where. Check the connectors to se if a pin poped out
will do tomorrow I guess since it is dark outside. Hopefully if that is it I will just replace the connectors since mine are some older dsm ones. I'll let ya know if it fixes it thanks..
