code 15 appearing after wiring in MSD 6 AL box, standard honda internal coil

hi there, i appear to be getting a code 15 after wiring in my MSD ignition box. Has anyone else previously experienced this? Ive tried searching but no great luck. Im gonna check for 12V DC on the black/yellow wire and swap the ECU for another aswell as reset the ECU. Anyone got any other ideas? Engine turns over but doesnt spark...
