Clutch straight to the floor. HELP
For a while, on really hot days (110 here in Vegas) after a little bit of driving, my clutch pedal would start to get really stiff. This happened just as usual one day, and then I went to the mall and parked it. When I came back, the pedal went straight to the floor like when you open the bleeder.
So I replaced the slave cylinder since I couldn't find any leaks around the master cylinder, firewall, or pedal, and since it being so close to the turbo I figured it was the heat that blew it..
After replacing it, still no pressure. I've bled it forever using a one man bleeder kit, but no matter how fast or slow i pump the pedal the reservoir empties and the bottle on the bleeder fills extremely slow. Do the signs point to it being the master cylinder or osmething else?
TIA

Re: Clutch straight to the floor. HELP (superfuji57)
got to be the master cylinder. Not all master cylinder leaks are external. If the seals are worn on the inside, no pressure will be made.
