Default Is it my master cylinder or my slave cylinder going out?

lately my clutch pedal has been losing stiffness to the point when I start my car I have to pump it 20 times to get it to go in gear. I figured there was air in the system and bled it again and the pedal pressure lasted for a day or two. My first thought was the slave cylinder but a salesperson at schucks said it sounded like my master cylinder. What do you guys think?

thanks
mike

First off, did you bleed your clutch line? Bleed it first at the slave cylinder see if that fixes your problem. If you see air bubbles or hear a leak down by your slave cylinder (like what happenned to my car), then you need to swap out the slave cylinder, and bleed the line once you get the new one in.
