im sure ill get flamed for this but what ever.
search. you have a thread for everything, even the most basic and simple things to search for.
and just so i help a little, get an UNSPRING disc. the springs are going to shoot out of your clutch. they are just one more thing to break

Re: clutch for boost?
Why not? Just curious... I just bought a sprung clutch but was debating on which one to go with, figured it would be better for engagement but I've never run aftermarket clutches before.
And for the po I've heard good things about competition and act clutches

Comp stage 5 - 4 puck cerametalic unsprung. the driveability difference between sprung and unsprung is so slight its not even worth the risk of the springs breaking. i drive mine and it actually chatters less then my old stage 4 6 puck sprung IMO.

Competition Clutch Stage 4 would handle your power goals just fine. Affordable and works great. Pedal feel is firm, but not overwhelming. Grabs very consistent, too, and can be feathered to reduce harsh engagement.
I've put well over 50,000 miles on sprung clutch setups (Action and Competition). 25,000~ has been at 380whp. In fact, we almost exclusively use sprung CCS4's on 300-600 whp cars. **** happens, springs break, but don't hate on sprung just for ONE incident you've had. The only spring we've had break was on a 220 whp N/A RSX. lol

Re: clutch for boost?
Go with a sprung disc, we have used many sprung disc act clutches in plenty of 350whp-550whp cars with great results. I also use a sprung act in my personal car.

Re: clutch for boost?
It's a little bit heavier, but you get used to it, and as with most performance clutches you can expect that, note that I dont say all..idk my buddy has had one over 10k miles so far, and loves it. I've driven it a few times and I'm definately going with one.
