Default clocking the turbo

Do yall think I can clock the turbo downwards without removing the turbo & manifold from the block?

Obviously there is limited space to clock the turbo downward, but my main concern, even if you could do it, is how would you run the charge piping??

I would run it underneath. I already have an intercooler to accomodate. I just want more under the hood in case anthing needs to be replaced in the near future...ie starter, alterantor, a/c compressor etc..........

This isnt a technical question so i dont know why you are waiting for an answer. Assuming you can get to all the bolts and loosen them, just look and see if there is enough room to turn it. Taking off the fan would allow for more room if you turned the outlet towards the front of the car, and would be much easier than removing the turbo/manifold.

If there isnt enough room to rotate the compressor housing you can just take all the bolts out, remove the cover and reinstall it in whatever position you want.

I'll say yes, you can. Mainly because I'm staring at a picture, and you have the car outside your house.

You seem to have your mind made up due to the 2nd IC, so I'm curious why you didn't give it a shot already? Its 6 bolts one way, or 4+4 bolts & 2 lines another.
